RealiClean is dedicated to creating clean, healthy and pleasant environments for you to work or live in. Explore some of our most frequently asked questions below.
1Does someone need to be present?
Whether or not you're at the space during your cleaning appointment is up to you! When you make a booking, you'll be prompted to give us entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there's no need for you to be
home. Or, feel free to stick around during the clean. Whatever you're most comfortable with is fine.
2Do you provide cleaning supplies?
Yes, all of our cleaners come outfitted with a full kit of cleaning supplies & equipment to bring on site. We also provide heavy equipment such as vacuums, mops, dry mops, and squeegees.
3Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?
Yes, special instructions can be left for the cleaning professional when you schedule your appointment. After the clean is complete, you can rate your RealiClean experience and provide feedback by filling out our contact form or calling 510-999-9992.
4Do you clean during or after business hours?
We clean during both. Our cleaning staff is able to clean day and night, depending on your preference. Many customers give us a key for after-hours cleaning, so we can clean without disrupting your work. Our cleaning staff pass background checks, and RealiClean will coordinate all necessary documentation with your building manager.
5Should I tip my reali clean team?
We always encourage you to show your appreciation to your clean team if you’re happy with the work done in your home. It’s never a requirement, but a gratuity is a powerful way to say thanks. Even a personal note from you, simply saying “thanks for making it reali clean” means a great deal.
6What is your cancellation policy?
If you ever need to cancel or skip a cleaning, just give us a two business day notice. This will give us time to reassign your clean team. They love to clean, you know! If RealiClean receives less than two business days’ notice, or can’t access your home, it may be necessary for us to charge up to the full price of your cleaning.
